Excellent food and services. Very open, friendly and flexible staff. Prices are very correct, however quality/price ratio is superior to quite a few restaurants in Bulle (i.e. high-end food, prepared with care and well chosen healthy ingredients). Owner is listening to the customers and keen to satisfy them. Knowing how difficult it is to run a restaurant (high running costs, increasing demotivating and unreasonable requests from the state, little spare time, very few holidays, stress from misunderstandings of the situation from some customers…), I would add a sixth star to the owners, just to make sure they keep their diversity and are not tempted to go somewhere else to offer their enjoyable experiences….

J’adore L’Hermine ! Un vrai petit coin de Bretagne. Les crêpes y sont excellentes, avec une pâte fine et bien dorée. Mention spéciale pour la crêpe au citron revisitée, ma préférée, un pur délice, parfaitement équilibrée entre le sucré et l’acidulé. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et le service toujours agréable. Seul petit bémol : le choix des boissons est un peu plus restreint que dans d’autres établissements. Mais ça n’enlève rien au plaisir de venir s’y régaler !

Found this restaurant in google map… Visited in June 2024 during a night stay in this town before heading to Villars. It was a fairly new restaurant ( 2 months old I think ? ), very friendly restaurant owners, good quality food served. Place is very clean and open. It’s great that there is a little corner for the little ones to play ( and make new friends ) while waiting for the food.

Found this nice restaurant near my home. Love the crepes, they are so good! I was surprised at the unique menus options for crepes, not only standard combinations but many interesting ones. I got the “autumn” crepe, it had cheese, bacon, walnuts, pear and honey. It was delicious! I can’t wait to come back to try the other ones! The service was so nice, even though I don’t speak French. I felt very welcome here. Highly recommend this place. Hope to come back soon and eat more crepes.
